…or what you post on Facebook or what you write on your blog. There are already cases of people getting fired or at least scolded because they said something that is not good about the company they were working for.
With the popularity of social networking sites and applications like Twitter, it has become so much easier to find out what other people are thinking or saying. And there is a trend that the human resources department of some companies have started to dip their feet on this phenomenon to learn more about their employees.
While we all have rants and other complaints about our jobs, I think it would be best if we keep some of the more controversial stuff within ourselves. Let us not proclaim it to the world. You’ll never know when your boss might drop by your Facebook account or your blog.

that is true, I have heard of it. However, in a country where we honor free speech, unless it is slander, it is incorrect for these things to happen.
