I should have activated Akismet plugin to easily get rid of these spam comments.
This I realized after I forgot to activate this WordPress plugin a week ago after my blog host transferred to another server. I find this task really stressful because now, because it means that I have to activate all these plugins again.
Aside from that, I also need to fix all these blog categories and sidebar again. Whew! This is going to really take too much of my time, but I have to do it otherwise all my blog posts will be tagged as uncategorized. 
So going back, after I deleted some (30) spam messages, I activated the Akismet plugin again, hoping that there won’t be spam messages to penetrate this blog.
Now I have to work double time to start and finish my other blogging tasks.
