My boyfriend is currently doing freelance writing work, mostly online gigs. But I noticed that he is not using a very basic ‘offline’ tool to help promote and market his services: business cards.
I am still quite old fashioned even though the bulk of his work are from foreign clients who hire him over the Internet. But he also gets some gigs locally so I believe that it would be for his benefit if he would get a stack of business cards. And since he is currently busy to take care of it, I’m thinking of taking the initiative and get him one.
But knowing him, I’m sure he would like to design the card’s layout himself. I guess I’ll just wait until he has enough time in his hands to do layout. I’ll just be his errand girl and find a printer for his cards.
