With all the recent calamities that our country have experienced, I believe people have become more aware on how they can protect their properties. Not just with how to make their houses stronger or higher to prevent flood water from entering the homes, but in cases of sever conditions, how they can insure that they can recoup their loses and the expenses they will incur. This is perhaps one of the reasons why insurance marketing is getting stronger these days. Insurance companies are making it known that they are offering coverage for ‘Acts of God’ especially for motor vehicles. I’m just not sure if there is similar to that with houses and lots.
I guess this is just a wake up call to all of us, that not only should we treat nature better, but also we should ensure the safety of both our lives and properties.
