Lately, I noticed that a lot of new businesses are beginning to operate in the country. Just like the never ending number of call center and BPO companies that are sprouting like mushrooms in cities like Makati, Ortigas and Quezon.
That is why a lot of business plan consultants are also in demand to help these companies grow their businesses. But how many applicants have their online resumes ready in professional networking sites like? If they want to be noticed and get hired by these multinational companies, I believe they should consider signing up and build their profile rightaway.
