Got this video from youtube about someone by the name of Matthew ‘Mark’ Bitanga. He has a multiple cases of estafa, illegal recruitment among other legal concerns that people really find it hard to get him arrested.
This was aired in ‘Imbestigador’ (Investigator) a local investigative news and current affairs program here in the Philippines. I hope the cases will have its resolution, whatever the decision is, so that the affected parties will have their justice.
Definitely, this is the case that we have to make use of online tools just like blogs to make people aware of these things and educate them in case this thing happens to them.
