I am currently watching a local show in ABS CBN on Vice Presidential candidates debate. Most of the candidates appeared articulate and intelligent but I wonder if they are also interested in pushing for online college degree programs for some deserving individuals if they win the race.
For me, they should also check this opportunity of online college education because this will also uplift the conditions of a lot of Filipinos. What do you think?
