How do you apologize to a person?
I ask this because there are times when the person is not even sincere in asking for an apology and it seems that they are just doing it to shut the issue and move on.
Just like when we offend a person online, how should we apologize? I mean when you do and someone else is observing you do it, do you think that person will find it believable? Check out the video from a certain Tyra Banks episode and let me know your thoughts.
